We collaborate with trusted carriers offering trackable and traceable shipping
services, with a signature required upon delivery. After your order is placed, you
will receive a tracking number and shipment details from the designated
warehouse. If your order includes items from multiple warehouses, you may
receive separate tracking numbers.
Deliveries are typically made on weekdays. We select the most suitable carrier for
each shipment, including options like Australia Post, Couriers Please, TOLL
Express, or DHL. Shipping charges are determined at checkout and may vary
based on the chosen carrier and delivery method. Orders placed after 11:00 am
(AEST) or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
After adding items to your cart, proceed to "CHECKOUT" to estimate shipping
costs based on your location. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us to
explore alternative shipping options. For orders to New Zealand, shipping costs
typically range from $15 to $20 for standard-sized packages. Please note that
customers are responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.
We offer local customers the option to pick up orders from our warehouse. Once
your order is ready, we will notify you. Pickup is typically available the same day
or the next business day, depending on when the order was placed.
