New ASP Rubber Industries accepts returns only two weeks from the date of purchase or the date you have received your product.
Original purchase invoice must be returned with the goods.
If the reason for the return is due to a fault by New ASP Rubber Industries Pty Ltd, New ASP Rubber Industries Pty Ltd will handle all delivery costs for both ways.
If the reason for the return is due to a customer’s fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check for suitability of the products prior to fitting. All return goods must not be used and need to be in a resaleable condition as was sold.
New ASP rubber Industries Pty Ltd will not take any responsibility for loss or damage of products before receiving it to an ASP warehouse.
